At J & C Delicacies, we craft premium homemade chocolates and ice cream using carefully selected ingredients to deliver honest flavour and consistent quality — batch by batch, from our home in Global City, Virar. What began as small trays of truffles for family and friends has grown into a dedicated home kitchen turning out handcrafted chocolates and ice cream for households, cafés and companies across Virar and the wider Mumbai region.
Every recipe starts with the ingredient, not the shortcut. We work with couverture chocolate, roasted nuts, seedless dates and fresh dairy cream, tempering and setting each batch by hand rather than on an assembly line. That means flavours stay honest — a dark chocolate bar tastes like cocoa, a date delight tastes like real dates — and every hamper that leaves our kitchen has actually been touched by the people who made it.
We keep our batches small on purpose. It lets us hold a tighter check on temperature, texture and hygiene at every step, and it means we can still say yes to a custom flavour, a specific box colour, or a last-minute quantity change for a wedding or office party. Whether you need a single gift box or a hundred-piece corporate order, the same hands-on process applies, from the first taste test to the final ribbon on the box.

Chocolates keep best in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours, and ice cream should go straight into the freezer on arrival. We can share specific storage notes with your order.

We deliver across Virar and nearby areas including Nallasopara, Vasai, Naigaon and Mira-Bhayander, and to wider Mumbai for bulk, corporate and event orders by arrangement. Delivery timing and charges, if any, depend on your location and order size and are confirmed when you place your order.
Ice cream and chocolates are perishable. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and store ice cream in the freezer and chocolates in a cool, dry place immediately on arrival. Delivery timings may be affected by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Because our products are prepared to order, please tell us as early as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us promptly with a photo and your order details so we can review it. Where appropriate we will arrange a replacement or refund. As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once delivered unless there is a quality issue. Approved refunds are made through the mode agreed with you.
